    1. It sure is. The best thing about it, which I didn't know at the time when I bought it online, is that though it's a Big Box Clamshell, it doesn't have an insert where you can take the cover out if the case ever goes bad. The image is actually printed onto the Clamshell istelf!! That's so cool!

  2. This is legit badassery of the highest order. I have Split Second on my To Be Watched Shelf. I'll have to give it a whirl someday.

    1. This cover rules! So much more badass than our lame U.S. cover. And I think you'll dig it. It has a certain B-Movie charm to it, but because of Hauer ends up being so much better. He's so over the top in this, it's awesome.

  3. Great cover! The foreign market always has some amazing posters and cover art!

    1. They sure do! If there's anything I've learned this past year, it's that we can't hold a candle to most of the foreign market's cover art.

  4. Sweet pick up. I love "Der hit aus dem US Kino" too, as if the thing had huge box office success over here.

    1. Lol, I think that's hilarious too! I remember it not doing very well at all and would have been just as successful had it just been released directly to VHS back in the day. I still dig it though. Hauer is "on" 110% in this one.
